wait wait wait, if 44 isn't allowed, then my entry for 10 needs to be changed.

(4squared -4)+(4/4)=13

sqrt's aren't allowed?

44 is OK. 4 squared is not (there is a 2 in squared) SQRT (4) is OK but not cube root (4) (as there is a 3). All 4's must be used, so 4+4+4=12 is no good.
Going well, but get back on track guys.

There is a common symbol for sqrt(x), and it doesn't use the 2. I know that the 2 is implied, but it's not actually there - so it is allowed.

Up to 10 was OK.
44/(sqrt(4)*sqrt(4))=11

(4*4)-sqrt(4)-sqrt(4) = 12

44/4+sqrt(4) = 13

Wrong. 4^0=1; (4-4)*4=0

Correct. 4^1=4; 4^(4/4)=4^1=4

4+(4*4)-sqrt(4) = 18
4!-4-(4/4) = 19
(44-4)/sqrt(4) = 20
4!-4+(4/4) = 21
