edit: On my computer, it seems that the cookies saved and I have all the progress I already did. Maybe you don't have to start over

there's 50. and bloons2 has 50 more. When you select new game, it tells you what level to pick. Before you've reached it, they are grayed out, but I have them all avaliable, even if I quit and restart the game. Maybe if you didn't finish it doesn't save?
