Nature itself can't produce EB condencsate, right? Not even God himself? So this is a invention of man, and man alone, isn't it? As far we know it, of course...
I suppose, given godlike powers, you could simply WILL a thing to be at one microkelvin if you want, the excess energy has to go somewhere unless those godlike powers takes care of the conservation of energy stuff.

Tell me, Gino, where is the coldest known place in entire Universe?
Define "coldest". For "lowest average speed of particles", it's a lab somewhere on Earth. For "least total thermic energy", it's outer space. The particles there go a lot faster, true, but there are so few of them.

Now I have rephreased my statement to "And this is the coldest known place in the entire Universe!" because other intelligent beings with laboratories than the earthly ones are not known.
If you really want to cover yourself from the pedants (like me 🙂) you're going to have to add "known by us". If there are any other intelligent beings out there, they probably know about themselves!

And they are probably thinking, "wow, we have here the coldest place in the whole UNIVERSE!"

Their beer has the label "Einstein Bose", but they don't know why. Tastes like elephant pee though.

Because they like elephant pee. Exotic stuff in this environs. Or they have to chill it to a trillionth Kelvin to avoid the smell...

A good solid choice, I see.

Show your work.
Everywhere! Both are measurements of temperature. Neither is better or worse than the other!
