this is almost exactly the same in nature as riddle 1. If you want more help you might want to post the text here so we can give you better clues, as I at least don't remember the exact answer but I will if I can see the riddle again.
On another line, has anyone solved 1.48 yet. That is where I'm stuck at the moment?
Originally posted by qwiksylverI have thought of "sundial" and "sandglass". But it's not right, is it?
it's two words
1st word was perhaps one of the very fist "clocks" it relied rather heavily on the sun.
2nd word This one is made up of something as nummorous as the sands of the sea.
Ok, i am stuck on 1.11, the one about the meaning of life.
Hehe, hope you were not stung to badly by the last riddle. Okay that’s a lie hope you were stuck for an age, hehe. Right, this is a rather large all encompassing question with many answers (only a few will be accepted by us). No numbers, only text and no essays only short couple of word answers. I know it might be just a little hard especially seeing as we’re only on 1.11 but oh well *grin*
What is the meaning of life, not only life but the stars, the galaxy, the universe, in fact what is the meaning of everything? Answers on a postcard please (or just the box below).
Can someone give me a hint on this one.... i read the post earlier about it being a book, and i think i know which one, but that answer still didn't work.
