Because of the "longest palindrome" thread, I decided to create this

The aim is simple: Find the shortest palindrome possible but there are rules.

-It has to be a sentence (that makes sense).
-It cannot have a proper noun in it.

Unfortunetely, I don't have any ideas so I can't start you off

Avoiding single words, and ignoring American ones:

1) Add 'A'.

2) Tie it.

This one follows the rules, although it's Latin:

I!

OK. If we're going to be like that, how about:

.

That's Morse Code.

Yes, but "e" is not a sentence, at least not in any language I know of.

Following your rules, don't you mean both my initial suggestions?

No. The rules were:

-It has to be a sentence (that makes sense).
-It cannot have a proper noun in it.

The rules didn't say anything about the language. "I!" is a sentence which makes sense if you know Latin, and it doesn't have a proper noun in it.

I'm adding an extra rule.

-The sentence has to be MORE THAN 1 word long
