it's called the Akashic record...all knowledge is stored in the Cosmos..

Speculation. My take, I don't think so. Just because we can think stuff up as a theory or hypothesis doesn't make it true.
@sonhouse saidI've never actually seen that, but if it's true it would be quite astonishing, and would open the door to a completely new area of science. I always try to keep an unbiased, open mind to things I don't know. The only things I'm certain of is that bears have fur and grass is green.
