Yes it is, but not for most people.

Generalizing as I did isn't something most people can do. Most people just use formulas as you suggested.

Then taking the limit and finding an equation for pi is also something most people could not do.

Of course many people can, even a very few kids.

Most people would be over half the people on earth.

I'm guessing the answer is the product of 989 and 987. No proof, just guessing arithmetic sequence with largest two numbers.

So there is no answer because as long as you add a number and its opposite, the sum remains the same. As long as you have an even number of negative numbers, the answer will remain positive.
