Good stuff sonhouse....it's a more refined version of the 80/20 rule where 80% of the work done at a company is accomplished by 20% of the staff. As a manager you are supposed to find those 20% and give them everything they ask for to keep them happy so they won't leave.....the other 80% you just ignore because they are drain on company resources anyway.
