and that's an extremely good thing to. You shouldn't be allowed to stop the blind continuing to be given braille thus deny them a proper education just to satisfy your wish to save a bit of money. It isn't as if giving the blind braille breaks the back of the world's economy.

Good thing to what?

If the blind kid can have extra money spent on him then so can the average kid.

The "average" kid doesn't have special needs.

you believe the 'average' kids i.e. kids that aren't blind should all have extra money spent on them to give them braille because blind kids have extra money spent on them to give them braille?
You're making no sense.
The 'average' kid doesn't need nor benefit from braille.
Only blind kids benefit from braille so only the blind kids should have the small amount of extra money spent on them to give them braille.

Extra money to give them help. I have no problem with giving correct books. All kids should get appropriate books.

I am talking about all the other money spent on them. Do the blind get no more support than special books? Here in the US they get much more.

I have no problem with special tests as long as that extra money would be equally spent.

Just give Braille books to all children.
That would make you happy, yes?

But hey I do not get to secide how money is spent so I am just stating an idealistic opinion.
So what do you think of Vygotsky's and Bruner's ideas on "scaffolding"?
It's ok so long as each child's scaffold costs the same?

What if child A needs more money spent on them at 6
years old but child B needs the extra help at 15?

Would you give them both additional help at 6 and 15?
What a waste of resource!

Why should extra resources be denied others?

If you think that this is what I am saying you obviously needed extra money spent on your education.

That's what he is implying but then denies it.

So your complaint is that seeing kids are 'denied' the extra resource of Braille.

Apparently you needed extra money spent on your education after saying it and not understanding (or pretending to) what you just said.

The average kid still has needs. Why do special people get special money?

You don't understand either. Everyone can use help. Everyone's education can be improved with extra money.
