True.

Grass fed cattle are better for your health than corn fed. Something to do with the type of Omega fatty acids. Wild animals are also not as fat, so less cholesterol. The fat makes the meat taste better, but any toxins the animal is exposed to often go to that fat.

It would be interesting to see how eating wild Bison would effect the health of people. Bison are like cattle. They can be crossbred so they are closely related.
