I doubt you have elementary knowledge on what logic is. Logic is used to represent information in a different way, you can't actually add any information, and since man cannot acquire infinite amount of information you cannot logically prove any empirical fact. Nothing at all. This is not what science tries to do, either. Rather, science tries to describe nature and produces laws and theories which can be empirically verified, not logically proven.

Yes, since the background radiation behaves exactly like one would expect if there was a Big Bang (or at least a very compact state of the universe).

LOL, you know without a doubt what a Big Bang would produce do you?
Personally, I doubt that.

Good. Then we can turn off faith at Science Forum and continue discussing faith in a more Spiritual Friendly environment. Because faith has nothing to do with Science.

Only the ignorant know nontrivial things without a doubt, but if you have a better explanation for it I'm listening.

What is your explanation of background radiation, KJ? Is there another explanation that I am not aware of?

I think the observation of background radiation, with its precise predicted properties, was the death of the at the time rival theory, the SteadyState theory. No other theory can explain the background radiation of its 2.7 Kelvin, and homogenous distribution, better than the BigBang theory.

Do you belive in BigBang theory, KJ, or do you have a better explanation of the origin of our universe?

Actually it's not fully homogeneous, rather it has a small fluctuation superposed on the background radiation, which is precisely as expected as well.

If you only have one explanation for it, I'd say you have not thought
much about it now have you? This deserves its own thread. I do not
believe in the Big Bang and I'm discussing the reasons why in several
different threads.

I disagree, but we will take this up in the other thread.

Believe me, I have choosen between several theories. There is no meaning to wobble between theories. Learning the facts and do your jucgement, that's my motto. And the BigBang theory is winning by far over the next probable theory, the SteadyState.

What is your alternative of the BigBang theroy? You dont believe in BB, so what do you believe in? I will ask this question over and over again until I get an answer - or I will think that you don't know anything, and that you are discussing in the thin air. If not BB then what?

I believe in creation not the BB, you want to keep asking that, it is
completely up to you.

But creation is not a scientific theory, is it? BigBang is.

Further, creation is not a unified theory, it is a very diverse one. So in my opinion you don't have any well defined opinion at all...?

I think you should think outside your box, learn about things, and revise your knowledge about the start of our universe.

Where is your empirical evidence of creation?

There is no such thing as an effect without a cause - therefore the universe existed before the big bang. This universe was made out of the previous universe.
