Like your ideas. Most competative people enjoy any sort of reward for performance Loyalty should also be rewarded thereby earning respect among fellow members having dedicated hours of their lives playing chess on this site. I think if your ideas are entertained by the site then it could help with players sticking to their original profiles as well as perhaps further increasing the popularity of the site.

Aknowledgement does fuel competition.
