I believe that a single MOD should have the right to remove single posts and close threads, but any warnings or bans (including thread removals) should be a two or three person decision. And if that's slow, so much the better, everyone has time to cool down.
And of course I'd still like to have the mods warn people before they get a ban, but I know I am talking to deaf ears (or typing to blind eyes) there.

Perhaps indicate how many threads in one Forum is acceptable in one day?
For example: I enjoy Grampy Bobby threads, I wish he posted more!

a) clear guidelines for the mods regarding when and when not to give bans (I don't know if they already have those, but I sometimes got the impression that they don't); and
b) if a mod gives bans several times that the other mods disagree with, that mod gets kicked from the mod team.

Actually it was my grandmother and she died later that night in hospital from her head injuries.
Perhaps this is a lesson learned for the future?
