Add a Leper's Forum. If you get enough thumbs down, that's the only one you can access.
In the Leper's Forum, the person who gets the most thumbs up in a week is 'cleansed' and gets to go back to the usual forums.
Ban the 'recommended posts' thread...who wants to see these 'uplifting posts' all in one place, the posters trumpet has been blown too often already in the thread they originally posted in...get rid of them, but if they must stay then I'd like to see all the 'negative post Champions' also...equality, that's all I ask...
I'd also like to see an 'indication' as to whether posters are consistently 'marking' positively or negatively, are they 'inclined' to consistently vote for the same personS...do some posters really vote 'in packs'.... I should leave all the rocket science 'indicator' stuff for those that are suitable qualified, BUT perhaps such indication could be made on our avatar, a 'number of posts' could be added, directly underneath 'moves' ( numbers of ). These post numbers could be coloured red or blue, red to indicate the poster is more inclined to vote negatively, but only representative of the last months posts.
These are all questions for the s(h)ite ideas thread !!
I offer another plain old common sense answer that this site could well utilise....The site knows who the subscriber is, we all pay by some means that identifies us...one way or another the site KNOWS our vicinity and with that most probably our identity also. Even where a subscriber has 'tried' to hide his i.d by getting others to pay etc, it doesn't work, you are known ! If I make comment upon another person \ thing \ whatever here, and in an illegal fashion, then the site is duty bound to pass my i.d over to the appropriate authority...ever wondered why the 'banned list' was removed, it opened a 'possible' can of worms with regard to public accusation, therefore possible legal action. That's the law... So, having said all this, how is it that a non subscriber can 'maintain' a profile if 'we' can't identify them, I therefore propose banning all non sub profiles without a confirmed i.d...if you can't prove who you are then you can't make claims about which, or how many chess titles you hold...
Simple, pay up to maintain that profile... but when you can, it had better be legit !
Common sense, ALWAYS fit for the s(h)ite ideas thread !

Bad ideas, but, brilliant nonetheless.
Maybe somebody could finally get the last word in with Very Rusty if you could ban him after sticking it to him.
Unlike yourself! ( Who loves to stir the pot, just aren't all that good at it )
I am sure you've had your share of bans! 😉 😉
