Organize a funding initiative with one of the dozens of Non-governmental funding organizations that exist in Africa. You should have no problem getting in touch with them. The NGO's are funded by taxpayer money from the rest of the world. The NGO's provide support and infrastructure development to Africa as well as foster community and cultural development. Chess subscriptions will likely fall into this category.
So make an effort, rather than just looking for a handout from us.
Now go find an NGO and ask for a handout....
