Isn't odd that longterm marriages have shown that a spouse can with their mind will themselves into a departure from this earth. Animals have laid down and grieved the loss of their masters and will themselves to depart from this earth. Gnostic text is very explicit about the question. Heaven is within the mind. This is the mystery. This concept will always elude the carnal mind, simply because these are spiritual concepts. If you believe no life after death, guess what no life for you. That's your choice. What ever you have become in life, it is simply because you believe. Yet, you judge what is foolishness, I scoff at that! Remember the quantum mind.

Of course people can will themselves to death. Our brain controls our bodily function, and given that we have some degree of control over our brain, we can, given strong enough will-power change our physical state.
This doesn't signify anything more.

so tell me how a person is to cope in life if an external life is heaven and the internal is hell... or vice-versa. i guess they would have a far-different outlook on life.

Let's postulate for a moment that every person on the planet has the Natural or God given power to create or destroy as he pleases. One persons power would actually cancel out the other persons power. Simply because what ever you create, someone has the power to destroy. Now get enough destroyers together and they can create an external hell. It is proven in the collective power of one mind. For all intents and purposes I will put forth this idea, there is a power which works whether you understand it or not. Whether you aknowledge it or not. It works for good or for evil, it just is. Now the true test is if one can live in an enternal reality in spite of what he sees or experiences externally. Hell even hypnosis tells us to hold that picture; if you hold it long enough the universe must obey you!
