If you, I, and Swissgambit -- three people with different backgrounds,
experiences, and religious perspectives, can see that the way in which
Creation putatively happened according to Judeo-Christian perspective
can easily be improved, you don't feel that this demands a certain
reevaluation of either a) the nature of God; and/or b) the way in which
we might be incorrectly interpretting the Bible?

DISCLAIMER: I can't think of any definitive Church teaching or overwhelming consensus (or treatment) in Church Tradition, so my answer is just my theological opinion/philosophical viewpoint.

Answer: Yes.

But there's no evil in heaven, correct?
Correct. But, as KJ points out, "so what"? "Could" is not the same as "would" (and, before you go down that route, "could" is not the same as non-zero probability either).

My attitude has what to do with anything you just said? I agree we can
look a scripture and come up with a wrong idea about what it means.
I have always had that opinion, we have talked about so many
different things and look at them differently that really is a no brainer.
My complaint against you was that you treat people differently, you
got on me for something you refuse to get on other people for when
they do far worse. You later responded to several of my posts in other
post too, I was starting to feel like you were just looking for my
name to complain. Having debated you for a long time, I did not think
that was how you normally behaved, but I was feeling it.

Do you feel the need to explain everything when you say, don't
do this or that? Besides when it came to Adam and Even they were
warned that the day they ate of that tree they were going to die.

What Satan knew, I have no idea.

Kelly, you wrote

Why would anyone take that route knowing what happened the last
time someone introduced it into the universe?

It sounds as if you believe people only due evil due to ignorance of the consequences. Is that the case?

No, in our corruptible bodies now even knowing consequences does not
stop us from doing evil things I'm sorry to say.

Sounds like God lied. Also Adam and Eve don't seem to have had the mental capacity to understand that or they simply didn't believe God, either way it boils down to him not having actually told them.
