I don't know what the stats are for San Francisco, but here in the UK 490 people were recorded to have died from HIV last year, now compare that to the 82,000 or so people who die on average from heart disease each year in the UK. Apples and oranges.

Yes. If everyone only had one sexual partner then STD's would dramatically be reduced. But how realistic is that?
Now will you publicly admit that if everyone practiced safe sex by using a condom then millions of people could also be saved the heartache of contracting STD's?
