2. Creationism is not falsifiable.

And no, I am not faking, or otherwise being dishonest, I genuinely believe the above three claims are true - and if I am not mistaken you have already admitted that 1, is true, and would be foolish to claim 3, is not true, so is 2. the one you have a problem with, and if so, how does this make the OP self defeating?
