Who was the guy struck down for putting his hand up to stop the ark falling off the cart? I always thought that was grossly unfair.

Also, wasn't there a guy whose children's childrens's children's children etc. etc. etc. got cursed forevermore for something? That's gotta hurt and how does that reconcile with the innocence of children?
