Not explicitly. However, although they may not be able to fly, they are "winged birds" (one wonders what other kinds of birds there are) so I think they are catered for.
No, not necessarily. It does not say that chickens are not descendants of some other kind of bird.

The official position of the Catholic Church is that evolution took place and the egg came first. You loose. πŸ™

Good point well made. Chickens may well not have existed then and may have evolved from the first egg-laying birds. Genesis 1 does not preclude this.

You're both wrong and the answer is either neither or both.

catholics and christians all agree

As has been pointed out, Catholics do not agree with you on this.

billions of people backin me-up! I win!!!

I've been wanting to use this site for a while now:

You appealed to popularity or the fact that many people do something as an attempted form of validation.
The flaw in this argument is that the popularity of an idea has absolutely no bearing on its validity.
If it did, then the Earth would have made itself the center of the universe for most of history to accommodate people's popular belief.

Keep wondering.

Its very complicated - and no person can keep a record of the intricateness and workings of the law of karma which works on many levels and in many time frames.

No, Dasa. I do not believe in 'karma' and reincarnation.

No you posted a part of the bible that clearly did not back up your assertion.

You failed, and unless you find a bit that does back up your claim, you lose.
