Have you ever walked on by a beggar, ignore them, pretend they were not there, or did not give them anything?

Ah you got the not so hidden message...yeah sometimes I do walk past a beggar...sometimes I don't. That said, I am counting on the fact that, at least for the genuine beggars, the odds of them failing to get some sort of help from every person that notices them is vanishingly small.

Then I would say we are all beggars.

WHAT ARE YOU OFF by asking such a stupid question that has no relevance to the topic at hand.

But the Torah is full of mysticism, and that's what the Kabbalah is all about.

Do you know what the Torah is? (Spoken kindly so as to not offend)

It is the Law of God as revealed to Moses and recorded in the first five books of the Hebrew Scriptures (the Pentateuch).

Mysticism-
noun
1 : the experience of mystical union or direct communion with ultimate reality reported by mystics
2 : the belief that direct knowledge of God, spiritual truth, or ultimate reality can be attained through subjective experience (as intuition or insight)
3 a : vague speculation : a belief without sound basis
b : a theory postulating the possibility of direct and intuitive acquisition of ineffable knowledge or power.

Not in my experience with the Word of God. Just being honest with you.

Where are there any laws of Moses in Genesis? Genesis seems to be dealing with more important things than the laws of Moses.

It has complete relevance to you posting total nonsense like your OP which for me underlines your propensity to absorb error.

The Instructor
The Torah RJ, is the Pentateuch, the first five books of the Bible. Written by Moses.

In them you will find the Law of God.
