Had you ever considered the fact that the universe is infinite therefore there is an infinite number of things to do inside that universe? Also God is an infanite God and there is an infinite number of things we can learn about him? I say those who succomb to boredom do so not because there is nothing to do, rather, they are simply lazy.

imagine a billion years or so pass by and you are still alive and have done everything there is to do and known everything there is to know and you are begging for something more but its the same old heaven and nothing new. by this time it is probably so boring you wish that the next day was your last, but another day comes, and another, and then another billion years and it still is not over.

That our relatives are wisping away, hanging around in heaven just
waiting for us to come and join them is silly. How many people do you
know live wholesome and fulfilling lives, ones which are active and
prosperous? How many live the sort of lives wherein they are lovingly
compassionate towards their neighbors as indications of their faith?
Most of the people I know are content to sit in front of a television and
watch television shows that they themselves acknowledge as medicore.
Only a few are creatively engaging, and fewer still are the ones who
strive to bring about the heavenly kingdom of God by their own actions.
Most people I know are content to 'vegetate' and 'do nothing.' I think
it was Mark Twain who said something like: 'So, we're gonna sit up in
heaven and play the harp all day long? I don't know anyone who is
willing to play it for an hour.'

That's my vision of it anyway.

Such concepts only really make sense within a universe of time and space.
There is no end to this process because God is without beginning or end
Presumably this process has no duration, either, for the same reason?
