I'll admit I am sometimes too oblique and non-specific in my posts. Sorry about that.

By the "Sufi books" question I had in mind something along the lines of:

"there's more to the picture, than meets the eye" -- Neil Young, or

"we see but through a glass darkly" -- Saul/Paul of Tarsus

However, if you were to ask me why I didn't just say so in the first place, I believe you would find it even more difficult to control me in the past than you could in the present. 😉

What I mean is hardcore, deep, constant sadness. That shadow living in the border between ennui and despair.

Still here, fella. It's all good. It's been 24 years like this so it wasn't a desperate call to avoid offing myself, just curious to hear others' experiences and ideas on non-pharmacological options 🙂
