It is called inherited or imputed sin.
Paul went into great pains to explain this
This is why Christ had to die.
Not all people are evildoers
evil both leave us short of being worthy before God. Sinning against another is not acting
in love and grace, but evil. Acting out in an unfair manner walking in iniquity is also
against the will of God, unfair scales, whatever tactics used to under mind and harm any
else goes against acting out in love, grace, and mercy. Christ died for all sin, not only that
being God in order to take all our sins He had to take them all including all of our sins at
our worse. Even calling someone a fool is enough to be in danger of Hell, what do you
think God thinks when all the name calling here takes place?
1 Kings 14:22
And Judah did what was evil in the sight of the Lord, and they provoked him to jealousy with their sins that they committed, more than all that their fathers had done.
1 Samuel 12:19
And all the people said to Samuel, “Pray for your servants to the Lord your God, that we may not die, for we have added to all our sins this evil, to ask for ourselves a king.”
Genesis 50:17
‘Say to Joseph, “Please forgive the transgression of your brothers and their sin, because they did evil to you.”’ And now, please forgive the transgression of the servants of the God of your father.” Joseph wept when they spoke to him.
1 Kings 15:26
He did what was evil in the sight of the Lord and walked in the way of his father, and in his sin which he made Israel to sin.

Well be clear what you mean, people can run down the street murder, rape, steal then
go home and sit on a chair and cease to sin does that mean that Jesus now knows them?
C'mon KJ. You can't really be that dim. If they "run down the street murder, rape, steal" they haven't ceased to sin, have they? When they no longer sin, they have ceased t ...[text shortened]... ormation: From a bad tree to a good tree. From one with an evil heart to one with a good heart.
sins, if you think that is possible how would you do it without Jesus Christ? Repenting
and being baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of sins, and receiving
the Holy Spirit is key to the sin issue. If you are not walking in the Spirit of God, you are
walking in the flesh, God gave us the Holy Spirit when Jesus was glorified. The world
cannot grasp receive the Spirit, only those that belong to the Lord. Mere human effort
will not get it done, which is why we need Jesus and without Jesus we are condemned.
John 7:39
Now this he said about the Spirit, whom those who believed in him were to receive, for as yet the Spirit had not been given, because Jesus was not yet glorified.
John 14:17
even the Spirit of truth, whom the world cannot receive, because it neither sees him nor knows him. You know him, for he dwells with you and will be in you.
Acts 2:38
And Peter said to them, “Repent and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the forgiveness of your sins, and you will receive the gift of the Holy Spirit.
1 Peter 3:18
For Christ also suffered once for sins, the righteous for the unrighteous, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh but made alive in the spirit,
John 3:5
Jesus answered, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless one is born of water and the Spirit, he cannot enter the kingdom of God.
Romans 8:4
in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fulfilled in us, who walk not according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
1 Corinthians 2: 10-16
10 these things God has revealed to us through the Spirit. For the Spirit searches everything, even the depths of God. 11 For who knows a person's thoughts except the spirit of that person, which is in him? So also no one comprehends the thoughts of God except the Spirit of God. 12 Now we have received not the spirit of the world, but the Spirit who is from God, that we might understand the things freely given us by God. 13 And we impart this in words not taught by human wisdom but taught by the Spirit, interpreting spiritual truths to those who are spiritual.
14 The natural person does not accept the things of the Spirit of God, for they are folly to him, and he is not able to understand them because they are spiritually discerned. 15 The spiritual person judges all things, but is himself to be judged by no one. 16 “For who has understood the mind of the Lord so as to instruct him?” But we have the mind of Christ.

Getting cleaned of our sins is something God does for us, we cannot clean our away our sins,...
Yet God explicitly exhorted His would be followers to do just that:
Isaiah 1
16“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight.
Cease to do evil,
You repeatedly show that you don't care what God said or what Jesus said. The dogma you've been taught.is what you care about and can do little more than mindlessly regurgitate it. You claim that you don't reject scripture, but you reject Isaiah 1:16 as well as Matthew 7:23.

Isaiah 1
16“Wash yourselves, make yourselves clean;
Remove the evil of your deeds from My sight.
Cease to do evil,
And He continued as follows:
17Learn to do good;
Seek justice,
Reprove the ruthless,
Defend the orphan,
Plead for the widow.
That's how.
