People finally getting the opportunity to go to Mars. In about 20-30 years we could truly have the first alien ever be born on another planet and come to Earth. In my personal opinion I think the end times would happen first.
Why can you ignore the last 2000 years of such predictions that were totally wrong and now think your prediction is right?

Christians [apart from anyone else] have been claiming that it's been the end times for the last 2000 years.
Some Christians, who didn't read Christ's own words with attention, have been predicting the end times repeatedly (some of them literally repeatedly, such as the founder of the Jehovahs).
Most Christians have been laughing at or ignoring them all that time, because we know that the end times don't come with a fanfare and fireworks show.

What I said was perfectly correct and accurate.
I agree that most Christians in recent times haven't believed that,
although in the past it's a different story, but that doesn't in any way
alter the truth or accuracy of my statement.
If I said that "Catholics were involved in the gunpowder plot", would you
come back to me and complain that "not all Catholics were involved" like
I had somehow suggested that they were?
However given that you seem to want to correct me for mistakes I haven't made.
Lets look at one of yours.
... because we know that the end times don't come with a fanfare

'You keep using that word... I do not think it means what you think it means'
So you know this do you?
Prove it.
