He makes a valid point though. You presented a false dichotomy. And you presented that logical confusion in an offensive way: believe as I do or be punished forever! pfft
The fact that you reject it does not mean it is false. A question was asked and I answered it. You can get over it if you find it offensive. I find it offensive that you called what I said to be false. I can get over that.

You make a similar mistake here and again present a false dichotomy. I can accept or reject the claim, sure, but instead I analyzed it, and pointed out two flaws, a logical mistake and a moral repugnancy. You fail to address either point!

You can respond if you like but I am not wasting more time on this.

^^^ Nice trick! Most people have only two hands, but that guy can thump the bible and plug both ears at the same time.
Oh well. Fundies and logical reasoning really aren't good friends anyway.
You can call it what you like.

Eating meat is not necessary for good health. It is however much easier to make good tasting healthy food with meat. So you need to balance difficulty with whatever argument you might have for eating meat being bad.
What reasons have you considered so far for thinking eating meat is bad?
For I just can't look into a cows eyes and then eat it.
I know plants are alive too but killing them (or harvesting them) has far less karma and is easily worked off (this is basic Hindu thinking)
