To me, awareness focus is an essential mode of form manifestation, initially in thought and then in more "physical" form. Form is built initially from within awareness, and thus must "hold" awareness in some form within it, or awareness holds it.

I cannot visualise it however. That is it is beyond me how this awareenss is held within forms. I do not think of them as thinking, or self aware at all. Its more like the "glue" that holds them together, linked to something like memory. a memory and holding of certain resonances, nterdependent self-supportive standing wave forms arising within the primordial Awareness "field".
