Our favorite place to eat was up towards the mountains at
Pinnacle Peak Patio, ever been there? Where they cut off your tie and hang it up on the wall, and serve you a boot if you ask for your steak well done, and they have faux gunfights?
Tomorrow is the Kentucky Derby. It is truly a beautiful and exciting event. What does this have to do with this thread? Just remember that when/if you see this event there are countless Hispanics behind the scenes that you will never see. The winning horse (actually its owner) will bring home over a $1,000,000 in two minutes. Somewhere on the backside one will find workers sleeping on a bail of hay.
