Very thoroughly. Prove scripture with scripture and you can't go wrong. The mistakes come when you add in mans thoughts and philosophies because then the truth gets fuzzy and are no longer truths.
Geez really? You dont think books that aren't derived from scriptures are as important as books that are? Sounds like your treading on shaky ground again, but if it works for you, hey, who am I to judge.

Was it tough because you wern't sure if it was for you or the audience or for another reason? (If this does not appeal to you, I would understand. )

BTW, nice to see your posts coming through again. I'm still working on the Propositional thought on the other thread. Actually I haven't even started yet, but I intend to πŸ™‚

"Spiritual" and you come up with "deluded". Did you say that because you don't believe in anything called a "spirit"?

What do you mean by “spirit”?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Spirit

“...The English word spirit (from Latin spiritus "breath" ) has MANY differing meanings and connotations ..” (my emphasis)

I was thinking of the typical beliefs of the religious extremists when I said “deluded” and the word “spirit” didn't enter my mind.
