So....no hell??
Are you saying everyone goes to Heaven??
If so, why bother believing in Jesus??
Radical dive.
Maybe there is just nothing for some.
Maybe there is judgment then nothing.
Maybe there is life for all

This sounds like it could be an interesting thing to discuss.
I suggest you offer a more detailed definition of "sorrows" as you mean it.
And I mean the "sorrows" that people actually experience (as opposed to some of the misbehaviours you listed which may well be lamentable and detrimental to varying degrees) and how many people do you think are experiencing them and how intensely?
Sorrows is just what it is. Sorrow seems just around the corner and lurking behind every well-intentioned person.
As a Hungarian immigrant I was well aware that most people in Communist Hungary were hankering for a 'better', capitalist life.
So shallow.
And for what? My parents divorced after 20 years of happy marriage.
Seems to be an inherint problem with humans.
As my best frie
nd used to say "Why cant people just get along? "
The media , and those that lap it up, contribute significantly, but I cant deny , from my own life experience with real people of all walks of life that altruism is generally the exception

It could be argued pot has saved my life, not to mention my attitude, which is still positive and happy in general.
Clearly your lack of understanding of the diversity of humanity has affected your life. In a sad , negative way.
do you think you could find it in yourself to address the thread rather than attacking the poster.
I tell the truth and what do I get from the likes of you? crap, crap and more crap totally unrelated to the OP or any posts.
Being honest here seems to bring out the worst in people's like yourself

Can you isolate one strand of "sorrows" so we can nut that out, then maybe move on to other strands?

Jesus was "a man of sorrows" according to scripture.
Just throwing that into the mix.
He saw society for what it is and by all accounts made his feelings clear about such things

Your thread title Planet of Sorrows is consistent with a positive outlook?
But I have a positive outlook.
Does that not make sense?

I think you and your pet FMF should stick to the topics, and mind your own business.
It's clear that you and FMF think you OWN rhp and all forums.
A joke.
(that's rhetorical btw )
