If you mean the kitchen "area" in the Papuan restaurant, they don't claim to cook anything to halal standards, and there is no obligation for any Muslims to eat there.

I know this because of my old neighborhood and a scandal back in 2014 when they found out that one of the places allegedly preparing hallal meat, who did have it slaughtered correctly by Muslims, had actually stored it in an area where pork was also prepared openly, resulting in them I suppose facing some kind of consequences...
