Do you think the Good Samaritan knew of Christ? No Samaritans knew of Christ at that time. Yet he was used as an example of a good neighbour who will get into the Kingdom of God.
I like the idea that ALL of mankind is saved by the blood of Christ....no problem there. But, ALL of mankind leaves no room for any goats.

Read the passage that he posted. "Goats" are not determined by "the blood of Christ". They are determined by the actions of the individuals.

Are you going to respond to my post on the "What does Jesus want from us" thread?

If ALL of mankind is saved by the blood of Christ, then the actions of the individuals is a non-issue. It cannot be both.

When you decide that you want to learn instead of argue then I will continue explaining.

All of mankind is saved from the curse of sin which is certain death. Jesus made that possible BUT, there are commandments to follow which will determine who are worthy of Christ death and who is not.

Who does the passage that he posted actually say are the "goats"?

Are you going to respond to my post on the "What does Jesus want from us" thread?

Referring to having conversations in these forums (good as emphasized by you), it is difficult because sometimes you need to explain yourself one or more times, and pecking that out on a keyboard gets tedious and often times misinterpreted. It is kind of like translating, the meaning can get lost of what it is that is being asked or conveyed, that's what I meant. That is why a conversation.., a "good conversation" in these forums is difficult, it is better face to face... for important things anyways.

What do you know about what I think? I don't think anything is an interrogation,.. I wonder why you think that, I am merely asking questions about what you believe and trying to understand and you seem to be bothered by that.

It is of no consequence, again my apologies if I have offended... was not my intent.

Here is how I know that your intentions are less than honourable and that your apologies are worth nothing.

I pointed out to you what you are doing wrong regarding this 'conversation'.
You agree that you were wrong.
You apologized
And still you refuse to provide any response to answers that I took the trouble to provide for you.

You are a fraud, and your aim to try to make what I say look foolish. But I can guarantee you ... as long as I quote the teachings of Jesus you cannot succeed.

I can see by your replies to yoctobyte that you don't like your opinions questioned. To me, his questions seem sincere, because you are suggesting a radical idea here. Basically what you are saying is that anyone who 'follows' the teachings of Jesus are going to the Kingdom of God (Heaven to others), EVEN if they don't believe in Jesus. You are saying that an atheist, a Buddhist, a Jew, and even a person who may believe in Rah, the sun god ALL qualify.....so long as they follow those teachings.

The belief in Jesus in not a requirement.....right?

I cant remember presenting any opinion. I quoted Jesus himself.

Did you read Matt 25, from verse 31 to the end. If not read it and tell me where Jesus says anything about beleiving in him. Also read Matt 5, 6 and 7.

Jesus Christ died for the sins of the whole world and wants everyone to live good righteous lives.. end of story.

Yoctobyte is far from sincere. He does this kind of thing all the time.

So John 3:16 doesn't mean anything? Only your verses matter?

Valid question, with no arguing intended.

Answering a question more than once will not put you on the 'goat list'. You shouldn't require us to re-read an entire thread before asking you a question. Maybe we missed it? Or maybe we are focused on the current discussion and didn't realize the question may have been asked by someone else.
