You are talking about the God you don't believe exists.

You are talking to those who do, and since you have no personal experience with God your ideological understanding is amusing.

No, I am talking to you about your ideology. You can have any god figure you want. It only matters in so far as how it shapes how you see yourself and how you see me.

No, I am talking to you about the faith, not an ideology.

The terms and conditions that define the faith are found in God's Word.

The jargon you choose to utilize doesn't fit the biblical narrative. It works for any other religious or philosophical system of belief, but it fails to describe anything related to the living God.

I cannot have any god I want. There is only one God. I see you and I see me from God's perspective as outlined in His Word, as best I know how, which is a spiritual growth process directly coinciding with, and to the degree, I am "transformed by the renewing of (my) mind" by God's Word. Romans 12:2

You don't know what you're missing.

I am only responding to your ideas. If those ideas happen to come from some elaborate ancient mythology or if they come from a leaflet you read in a dentist's waiting room, it makes no difference.

Have you ever considered the possibility you’re wrong and that the God of the Bible exists? Evidence strongly suggests you are wrong.

But if I’m wrong and God doesn’t exist, what have I lost out on or missed?

But if you’re wrong and God does exist, you’ve missed out on everything - both now and for eternity.

They're not my ideas. I didn't write the Bible.

Yes, the things you choose to propagate here on this message board are your ideas, unless they are somehow the ideas of someone who lives across the road or that dentist I mentioned. No one is saying that you wrote the Bible.

Here;s a thing. Faith is personal and private and with no factual basis which is why it is stupid to pretend that faith beliefs stand up to scrutiny. They don't.

Mother earth is alive and dealing with stuff we aren't aware of.

Or not.

Have you examined or looked into the evidence for the Resurrection of Jesus Christ?

So you think the earth is a sentient entity and not just inhabited by them? What’s your “factual basis” for that?

Casually. No facts to chew on. Doesn't make it wrong! Sure don't make it right though.

Earth sentient, yeah. She's got more neurons than you do. But that is just and merely my opinion. I don't claim it's a fact.

Eternity’s a pretty serious thing to be casual about and there are plenty of facts to chew on.

But whatever floats your boat.

And where are the earth’s neurons? BTW, I’m sure you’re aware worshipping creation instead of the Creator is nothing new and was mentioned (disapprovingly) in the Bible.
