Martin Luther has been dead for quite a long while. Somehow I don't think he would care what names you call him. Another point to ponder, Martin Luther is remembered in our times, hundreds of years after his death. When you expire, will you be remembered for even a decade?

Basically, there was a reason the catholic church didn't want the common people to be able to read the book and Martin Luther was too big an idiot to comprehend this fact.
