Why do you keep calling it a Ponzi scheme? I looked it up, and while I think there certainly is financial fraud in some religious organizations, I don't think your choice of term is accurate.

how is religion offering higher returns? higher than what, you didn't mentioned that either. what short term returns? on the contrary, religion is a long term investment.

The bottom line is Ponzi is fraud, just like religion. Based on fraud, fake deities and such and the Abrahamic religions in particular use creation myths that are not even new, plagiarized from earlier Egyptian stories.

Whether there are real gods out there remains to be seen, I can't deny the existence of such beings considering it's a rather large universe. there is no evidence to say there is no abrahamic god. there is evidence to prove he doesn't exist as portrayed in the bible, and many things there didn't happen. who are you to say that god is proven not to have existed?
there is no real, scientific evidence to support a god, as such science must assume he doesn't exist. which is quite reasonable. science deals in the proven, and should remain as such.
yes, some religions are frauds. i, and others, just pointed out that it is not a ponzi scheme, and that you use big words to sound fancy. nobody wants to be a grammar nazi, but to use big words just to sound impressive goes beyond grammar nazism territory.
