Did the Detroit Lions play in the NFL this year? Surely they were in a different division than the rest of the league. 🙄
Case in points: the Lions fired their defensive coordinator after last year. A good idea since their defense ranked 32nd out of 32 teams in yards allowed. Obviously, they needed an experienced defensive genius to turn things around.
Guess who they hire? Gunther Cunningham the defensive coordinator last year for the Chiefs. He did far better than the Lions' DC; his defense ranked 31ST in yards allowed! http://msn.foxsports.com/nfl/story/9113092/Cunningham-takes-on-tough-Lions-defensive-job

NCAA Basketball changed the rules after Oregon (maybe it was Ore State) won 18-16 (maybe it was 16-14). They introduced the shot clock, or changed its rules. The details are hazy as it was a long time ago.
100-0 calls for rules changes: coaches should be required to train their players to shoot at the wrong basket when they are ahead by 50. That way this game, invented in a YMCA after all, can continue to exhibit fine Christian virtues of selling yourself short when faced with utter incompetence.
