I moved from Glasgow, Scotland to Boston, US. I have really got into the Red Sox thing, the Red Sox/Yankees rivalry is nothing compared to rangers/celtic, which is no bad thing! There are other worlwide soccer rivalries probably even more bitter than Rangers v Celtic.
