Be serious: in Seattle in January the average high is 53 and the average low is 35. You get an average of 8.5 inches of snow per year.
Chicago in January has an average high of 30, an average low of 15 and the wind blows like crazy. Plus they average 11 inches of snow just in January alone.

Temperatures for January 1 - 13 are averaging 2.7 degrees below normal ---

Your lowest high was still warmer than Chicago's average one. And your lowest temperature all year has been 25 which is 10 degrees warmer than Chicago's average daily low.
Originally posted by no1marauderHigh tomorrow is forecast as 22F. Winds 5-15mph. So perhaps weather will play less a role than we think. Also snow today, but none tomorrow!

Originally posted by tomtom232You picked the Packers and Steelers? I thought you picked Atlanta and Ravens. I picked Packers and Steelers. That does not mean either of us will be right tomorrow, although odds are I will be since 10.5 dogs rarely win. We'll see! Steelers game was great. I hate blowouts like the Packers'!
I am 2 fer so far. 😏
My predictions have been spot on so far.
Originally posted by scacchipazzoNope to summarize my predictions I said the Falcons would be rusty after a week off and the Ravens defense will have trouble with Big Ben so will not be able to offset the crappy offense.

Originally posted by scacchipazzoIts not looking so good right now. The hawks are down 14 but that's not insurmountable.

Originally posted by tomtom232Indeed not insurmountable, but less likely against a D like the Bears'! I take that back. 21-0 will be really, really tough to come back from. Losing time of possession game also.

Originally posted by tomtom232Hawks are no Steelers! 0-5 on 3rd down and with receivers suffering dropsy? Doubtful. Hasselbeck is putting the ball where it needs to be and the Hawk receivers are dropping everything. Don't seem like they're adjusting to a slippery field either. I will say you are the eternal optimist!
Its going to be the same script as the Raven's- Steeler's game was. 😏
Originally posted by scacchipazzoIt seems not... they just went down by 21.
