Okay, well let's start talking the draft.

We'll set up an online draft for those who choose to participate. Of course, participation is optional. If you're not there for the draft, your team will be auto-picked based on your preset rankings.

The season starts on April 1. I propose we have the draft the day before - March 31st at 12:30 p.m. EST. Does this work for everyone? If not, propose a different date and time.

you're right, you can pre-rank, but live draft is more fun.
