Perhaps we apply USA law vantage point instead of FA's obviously more difuse logic. None of what you mention would pass muster in a US court of law. I admit this is not a criminal proceeding, but the very minimum benchmark of "preponderance of the evidence" applies. What you mention does not meet that test. What I find troubling is that FA opts for tarnishing the name of a player for something said in the heat of the moment if it was even said at all for I feel strongly there is bias in favor of the "victim". i agree Terry's case is substantially more troubling. Hopefully FA and FIFA will sort out the whole sordid mess! Now lets wait and see if the same idiotic standard of a minority being incapable of racism, a silly standard applied in the USA. Black people get to call white people honkies, devils, crackers and all other derogatory names and get away with it because of the aforementioned silly standard!

I trust you will give me the "inquisition" highlights. Who are the witnesses? How can their testimony be corroborated if at all? Witch hunt I'm telling you. I am not a big Suarez fan, but really, eight games. I am telling you this is the new football flop and a tool which will be exploited to eliminate opponents' best players!
