you predict games to be boring....thank you for sharing your negativity in the sports forum...

there will be no boring games in this tournament....not even the score will determine whether a game is boring or not., they will all be good games

bring it on!!!

and yeah Go the Socceroos

I still dont see who's going to give Australia their "midfield spark" , unless Cahill has a blinder of a game- which he occasionally does๐Ÿ™‚
you say you dont see.....maybe your looking in the wrong direction?..

I do believe both teams have 11 men each, so they are evenly matched....

once the games start then you will see...

Germany are a very good team, but they still havent won this game yet

Does anyone have opinions on how well the official Adidas Jabulani ball is working so far?

So far I've noticed that when kicked with power the ball just keeps on going like there's no gravity. There've been many way over the top shots at goal. I think this is going to be a problem with long range free kick shots and specialists like Lampard and Ronaldo ...[text shortened]... uge lateral swerve, as shown by his excellent strike that was saved by the Nigerian keeper.
I think it's working well. Every tournament is the same. New ball, everybody complains, new ball becomes a fixture and everybody is happy again.

I think too much hullabaloo is made about balls.

Depends on how germany plays, I hope they don't play like Germany. Also I don't expect australia to be good enough to break down germany's defence.

Probably right, but we'll all root for the socceroos!

I just realized how few African coaches there are. It's only Algeria's Rabah Saadane and Portugal's Carlos Queiroz (born in Mozambique).

neither is an attacking team but after ghanas win a draw really isn't all that great for either of them. i didn't watch the first two matches today but i'll certainly be watching the germany aus game.

Lots of teams seem to be coached by foreigners. Why does the same rule of nationality not seem to apply to coaches? Where's England's heir to Ramsey? Seems like only Germany and Italy have always had a coach of same nationality. Capello is not as good a coach as he thinks and commands a huge salary for fielding a subpar team which seems like it's not gelling.

Germany are a lot more attacking these days under Klinsman. I reckon Klose is a decent bet for the golden boot.
