Mott I figure he finds the grammar of AvJoe weak, too.
"Gimme it! More Stuff!" (Avatar) Although, I think he does grasp what I am trying to say!!!
I’m more frustrated by your poor vocabulary and lack of economic and legal education.

More homework for you all:

https://www.boe.ca.gov/proptaxes/homeowners_exemption.htm

According to California law property which is a primary residence can pay 7,000 dollars less in property taxes.

See how this stuff all comes together?

No, you can't have more than one "primary residence".
Yes, as I said. But what does Thousand call the other 4 properties ?

investment property

Property that is not occupied by the owner, but is generally purchased specifically in order to generate profit through rental income and/or capital gains.

So, if I look up def of land, it will say it is primary residence? I can only have one primary residence. So, if I own 5 pieces of land, the other 4 cannot be my 'primary residence'.
So you have GOT to tell us what the other 4 parcels would be called. 🙂 🤔 🤔
Secondary, tertiary, and so on.

Come on, you cannot genuinely be this stupid.

Couldn't figure your 'tertiary' comment. Looked it up. Why would you just throw such a word in for no reason. I'd asked Thousand to explain his saying the following. Since he is of course wrong, I asked him to define the other real property that one owns along with his primary residence. Then, you mix up the works Marauder-style by saying tertiary?

This is what I wrote to Thousand. All of you fellers need big-time tutelage.

Settle, Thousand . Do you realize what you are saying.? 'legally a piece of land is primary residence if it is personal property". It is Never personal property.

Yup.

I'm saying that you're too illiterate to have an opinion on... well, just about anything. Except perhaps animal husbandry. Have fun.

When I wrote 'do you realize what you are saying' I was writing to Thousand that his quote about personal property was totally false.
Wasn't writing to you.

OMG the Capitol Building was occupied by a bunch of people for a few hours in protest before they went home.
We almost lost our Democracy, those people could have commanded all of America and its military, because they were like, in the building.
Shew....we really dodged a bullet that time.
If I were a lib on this forum, I would indeed begin to feel foolish about the seeming importance put upon a few hundred people trying to go crazy on Jan 6.
Why has their intent, to do something that could not be more impossible, got anything to do with us?
Why does Sonhouse, for instance, follow this matter 24/7? No matter the outcome, it is a silly venture, I'd rather use the money to feed the poor. Why wouldn't you fellers?
