From about 1997-2005, southern border apprehensions were higher than they are now. I don't know that from a report, I was alive then.

Then the economy started dipping into a recession, so labor dried up.

The economy came roaring back with Obummer and trumpo so the migrants started coming in again. For work.

In that time, our elected officials have chosen not to fix the problem. Blame Republicans.

When you fellers have a president who WILL NOT fix it , today, you revert discussions back to years ago about the 'year that was'. What about September, 2023?
