Other landlords had tenants that are WORKING but chose not to pay rent because they *could*.

What Big Gov *should* have done was to make funding available to pay back rents.

I will simply use down-time to improve the properties, so that when y'all release the choke hold, I will be able to charge more rent (Simon Legree) and come out fine. And, of course, the improvements increase the value of the properties, for a better profit when I flip them.

Before you throw in the towel on the Constitution, I'd like to suggest to you America has a judicial branch that functions reasonably well. It successfully separated fact from fiction, regarding Donnie's claims of a "rigged" election, and will no doubt bring President Biden to heel if he crosses any legal lines.

You need a huge dose of empathy. Too bad Donald Trump showed you that selfishness was the way to go. I can't do anything about you not caring for other people, but the least you can do is not actively try to make their lives more difficult. That goes for all the white Republicans here.

But going forward, it (the judicial system) will surely begin eating away at our rights. That's why they (especially the new Supreme Court justices) got the job.
