You need a huge dose of empathy. Too bad Donald Trump showed you that selfishness was the way to go. I can't do anything about you not caring for other people, but the least you can do is not actively try to make their lives more difficult. That goes for all the white Republicans here.

Unlikely. You are probably going to get hit hard when the rental property bubble bursts.

You're disgusting. I was about to call you a disgusting human being, but I can't even be sure you're still human.

Its possible.....I took a risk in this investment. Risk is a capitalist's tool to success. Esp in America where we are free. Surely you have some knowledge of this. I could have worked for the man all my life, or invested. If I could get you to grasp this, and get Suzianne to realize that it wasn't on someone else's back, but my own, then I feel like I would have accomplished something.

There is a great deal of satisfaction in providing dwellings for folks just starting out, I have empathy for them, as I was there once. I hope that after a few years of experience and learning, that they too, will invest.

The American way does involve risk, ....and diversification. I hope that when we are in Obama's transformed America, that I will still be able to take risk, for success.

You call it "providing dwellings" I call it "competing for housing with people who have less money than you and raising housing costs"

Biden is openly defying a scotus ruling that stealing private property from landlords is unconstitutional.

biden admitted the act is unconstitutional but will keep on doing it.

For the people here, sonhouse comes to mind, claiming Trump was a dictator, well here is an example of how a dictator works.

We are entering dangerous territory. The constitution is what makes us a free country. It now means nothing.
Well you see that Biden is being guided by the CDC which get their orders from big pharma. Nobody in this chain has any legal right to do this. Biden is not one to faithfully fulfil his duties in protecting the constitution. This is harmful to the public because it set a precedence of usurping the constitution for political, monetary, and corporate gains. Just saying he wants to do it is very bad indeed.

There is no "usurping the Constitution"; the case is being decided in the Federal courts, with the last one to consider it declining to block the moratorium:

"U.S. District Court Judge Dabney Friedrich rejected an effort by a group of property owners to put the moratorium on hold. She said she was bound by an appeals court panel's conclusion that an earlier version of the moratorium, based on the same claim of authority the CDC is making now, should be allowed to remain in effect as a public health measure."

The left side is in fear that families will have to resort to taking care of its members which leads to a situation of less reliance on government. Sure they are willing to break the constitution to prevent families from becoming closer nit. The right side is in fear the government is going to set bad constitutional precedence and interfere with their business they have worked hard to create and invested money and time. If this is allowed how does any business owner ever feel comfortable about big brother stepping in and destroying their life's work? Part of why communist Russia's failure was that there was no incentive to get ahead. Is that what we want here?

Right wingers believe the most laughable nonsense.

How is preventing families from becoming homeless stopping them from "becoming closer knit?"

If you want to laugh then I suggest you take a look at your reading comprehension. But since you missed it, short of a big chief notebook and crayon, I will spell it out for you. By forcing private business and citizenry by means of taxation to shoulder all the burden, families will not need to stick together through the rough times. This generation abhors the thought of needing assistance monetarily or for shelter temporarily from family. Let the crisis bring families together as it should be. Together they can handle the collective misfortune of this thing. Of course that flies in the face of the socialists wanting the nany state to take care of them leading eventually to totalitarianism. Where is Whoddy anyway? He spoke out against statists all the time.

Never mind; there's no way to rationally argue with such drivel.

Human societies were formed by mutual consent to protect the lives and rights of all in it.
