Given that pregnancy affects the pregnant woman's immune system there is clear cause under section 1c of Abortion Act 1967 (UK) to proceed with an abortion [1]. The normal grounds for abortion in the UK are under section 1a. I realize that US law is different, however, being pregnant involves immunocompromise for the the woman and so you are on lethal territory pursuing this argument at this time.

So instead of having the baby it is better to potentially risking Covid exposure or complications arising that could cost Covid Patients adequate medical care?

So if anyone is fined for leaving their house just tell them you need an abortion.
