Try making one point. We should stipulate that it is clear in the Constitution that feds aint got nothing to do with abortion, it belongs in the states. I have actually helped you, your post will now be only half as long.

I just did, you're too dumb/religious freak/woman hater/whatever to get it

"We should stipulate that it is clear in the Constitution that feds aint got nothing to do with abortion, it belongs in the states."
It was constitutional for decades and like everything in the constitution, was open for debate.
you just happened to find 6 maggots in position of power that said otherwise.
Next time maybe it will be the liberals' turn to leave guns to the states for example because they interpret the second amendment a certain way.

Maybe you will get jailed if you travel through a blue state with a gun

Please point to the text in the Constitution that says the States can determine what People's rights are.

Goodness, looks like you are losing it, too. Are you calling people stupid and illiterate and garbage, too? Are we transphobes and gayphobes and facists and racists too? Are these statements 100% correct? Y'all are one angry mob.
Anyway, you stepped into this one, but you may not have known this nugget. It does have that socialistic word 'The People" that you love so much. Hey, the constitution does not have anything about prohibiting mutilating children either. Is that why y'all find it so easy?

Tenth Amendment Rights Reserved to the States and the People
The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

none of you seem to understand your own law process. Geez. Roe v wade ruling was that states can't ban abortion. 2 years ago the Supreme Court overturned that ruling allowing states to again ban abortion.

So, what EXACTLY are the democrats going to do? Pass a law that allows abortion nationwide regardless of the laws of each state? Ok, but what happens then when that l ...[text shortened]... democrats hoping the democrats create a law that will be overturned by the SC.

You lot are crazy.
Thanks for showing these angry people how they are losing it. They just do not get it.
Have you seen Sonhouse offering his services to DC regarding how to do tariffs?

That doesn't say what you claimed.

Please check section 1 of the Fourteenth Amendment for clarity; it specifically protects the People's rights from infringement by the States.

They've already proven they don't believe in the Fourteenth Amendment.

They only like Amendments about guns.

OR TO THE PEOPLE.

Last I heard, the US Congress is supposedly full of Representatives of the People.
