Kids in Islamic countries are safe from child abuse??? Yeah right, did it occur to you that you just don't hear about the atrocious things that happen because these are closed societies and no news is reported that might make their culture look bad?

Well, I did wonder about putting the Muslim line in, but I thought, well heck, they get so much flak about how repressive their society is, I really should do something to redress that balance, however slightly. They might be tough on crime, or even individuality to some extent, but at least it's keeping these kids safe.

However, given that you feel that no evidence for something is as good as admission that is does happen I will add that in non-Islamic states such as the US and the UK, under age sex is almost exclusively committed by non-muslims and therefore see that as circumstantial evidence that the same is true of Islamic States. While it is not absolute proof, it is better than the "nothing" you presented and is also why I use the word "suspect" rather than "know".
