with those of like minds. One of the largest issues this country has is that we
have lost the ability to respectfully talk to someone we disagree with, the
aversion to conflict has taken us to the point that if you disagree with me you
hate me, feeding the victim culture.
I believe what some fail to recognize is that not everyone's feelings are all that
matters to them, they are larger than that, if they get insulted it is not the end of
the world.
People, at least mentally healthy people are more thick-skinned than that, but
the "I need a safe place" FRAGILE ones, who see disagreement as hate speech,
look for ways to find insults, if they are there or not. Those who see any insult by
one means everyone who they say aligns with their insulter in any way they
choose to connect them to, is now their enemy. There is power in being the
victim it's always "those people" not them.
Most of us can look at the whole and take in all of the things that affect us and
disregard the outliers where someone connected in some way to another group
does not speak for the whole. Victims need to be on the outside, lambasting
others for not agreeing with them on every single issue.
This is why some overlook an insult by one and look at the whole picture trying
to sort out what it is that should carry the day versus, you hurt my feelings, I hate
you.
